In a big ol’ nutshell: I’m a doer. A doer of many things. I’m beyond passionate; this can come out in so many forms: art, relationships, exercise, and a laundry list of other things that just consume me in the best way possible.

I cannot stand to do things “just a little” – I’m a “all in” kind of woman.

I get visions and have to bring them life. I love to be creative in the process and feel that the best work and results come from the deep rooted desire for success and to see those things come into existance, until they do . . . I find it hard to even sleep.

The essence of Me: Strong woman, driven, fairly unpredictable, outgoing, athletic & outdoorsy, workaholic, hilarious, dependable, encourager, practically fearless, intelligent, designer, night owl, obligation hater, giver, kickboxer, thrill seeker, trustworthy, soap artisan, dog lover, experimental cook, straight shooter, adrenaline junkie, Baltimoron, packrat, picture taker, Beachbody fanatic, Ebayer, foodie, sports enthusiast, college graduate, prophetic, patriotic, sarcastic to a fault, trained professional, business owner, fitness coach, only child, traveler, adventuresome, printer, arms owner, indpendent, music lover, party planner, computer geek, smartphone freak, blogger and clean eater.

My views on fitness: It’s a lifestyle. Not a diet. Not a pointless routine. You are not an overnight Barbie success story because you started yesterday. It is something to work at daily and the rewards of this you ask? Long life, good health, a strong beautiful figure, plus a list of countless other benefits like high energy & self esteem. It is something to be earned and those things plus more is the reward for your continued efforts . You can’t buy it or bottle it, I don’t believe in going under the knife or mutating your body to be the “ideal”. You work on you  and become the best YOU, you can be. I’m also not into magic pills or enhancement suppliments – go natural. . .it’s about hard work and sacrifice. Are you in ?

Working out is now not only a huge part of my life, but I am privilaged to call it a career. I help people get thier lives back, I show them how to get fit and live healthy. There is no greater reward then knowing you helped someone improve thier lives and hearing a genuine “thank you”.  I never get tired of that.
